Could Lucifer and Mary Winchester have become a couple?
“I was hoping it would happen. I thought they were very similar souls, and when we were in the alternate universe together we played it like an old married couple, just got on each other’s nerves. But at the bottom of all that grating irritation is a passion for the other person, something that you really resonate with. And they never let that bloom, which sucked. I was always disappointed when the moments for connection went in the opposite direction. Like once we’re in the camp and I say, ‘hey, Mary’ and she punches me in the face. Those moments always disappointed me personally because I thought there was something fruitful there to mine.”
