Bad faith communists

Mark seems to have a lot of patience for arguing with commies on X! They post a lot of nonsense, but there’s some informative stuff from Mark in the threads.

And yet [Lenin] was not tolerant of other points of view. Stalin certainly wasn’t. You can expose yourself to other knowledge to check your premises or to come up with sophisticated rationalizations. And I haven’t heard one strident communist who wasn’t a blowhard, know it all, and bad faith arguer, who is abused of the darkest elements of human nature and history and refuses to see the evolution or positive change that capitalism and political Liberalism represent. Even Marx seemed to understand the positive aspects of capitalism… he just was wrong about its natural destruction. Unfortunately for him the rich got richer and the poor did too. That’s just a fact. And it can’t be answered by communists except by posting lies… which is why, to some degree the liar accusation ain’t far from the truth, y’all rely on dishonesty; on Denial of the principles of reality; the laws of economics, the laws of nature; and the laws that govern rational society.

<commie nonsense>

How ironic coming from the prime cartoonists of the history of capitalism. What were the show trials and purges about? Why was Trotsky murdered? Why were men like Solzhenitsyn imprisoned? Why was there a need for a stasi in East Germany, why was my father and brother incarcerated for a time for simply visiting family there? Why are the Falun Gong practitioners ruthlessly persecuted and imprisoned in China? And Stalin was never defeated in the political realm by anyone regardless of what a tainted and intellectually dishonest crowd of academics claim. He remained in power till his death. And after the wall fell and the kgb files were opened to the world, deception about the inherent violence of communism (something Marx himself claims) was exposed as just that. And attempts by academic to revise history don’t change realities Principles are the result of analysis of reality. This is as true for the principles of physics as for the principles of economics and ethics. There is no internal contradiction between the principles of an individualist ethics, and free markets. There is only a contradiction when markets become political animals. (Like you actually want) when the gun and production and exchange are mixed which is NOT capitalism. And ideals exist precisely as guides for volitional beings so that when they veer from the right path, they have a map that corrects them. That’s what grounded ideals do. Marx did not see what was. He wasn’t a detached reporter. He was a doctor who violently misdiagnosed an illness and proscribed a cure that was worse than the disease. So far every concept you ‘actual’ Marxists have put forth re concentrations of wealth, the iron law of monopoly… are flat out bullshit. And we can talk about that.
