Comic Con Scotland Day 1

Great to see Mark this morning at Comic Con Scotland. He and the other actors from Supernatural were at their tables bright and early this morning.

Tracy few over from Paris for the weekend and has been sitting at Mark’s table, so it was great to see her too.

The lines for autographs and selfies are pretty long. Mark had two table sessions this morning, and he had a long queue the whole time. The queue for Mark’s first solo photo session of the day was even longer.

So far, I’ve had a selfie with Mark, a solo photo op, and a group photo op with all members of the cast who made it to Edinburgh.

I am really impressed how well organised this Comic Con is. The queues to get in moved really quickly, and I’ve been able to get out and re-enter the convention without needing to queue.

The convention is pretty big. Not the biggest of Monopoly Events’ Comic Cons, but three big rooms. The photos and autograph tables are in the first large room, along with some TV and movie photo sets. The sets are great — and it’s free to take photos there. There are two other large rooms with more sets, food and drink (there are food trucks outside too), and a huge vendors’ hall.

This afternoon, Mark has two more table sessions, another group photo with the Supernatural cast, another solo photo op, and a duo op with Ruth. Fun!

Updated to add that Mark’s table was busy all afternoon, and the queue for his photo ops was pretty long too. I think it’s safe to say Mark is popular here 🙂

Same again tomorrow, plus a Supernatural Q&A.
